My discount code is not working, what should I do?Updated 22 days ago

Discount codes are single use only and only one discount code can be used at a time.  

If this is your first use, please provide us with the discount code you are attempting to use so we can further check into this for you. Please contact our Customer Services concierge 

*Please note that discount codes can not usually be applied to Sale Items.

From 1st January 2026 Castore will no longer be the Official Team Apparel and Sportswear Partner for McLaren Racing. We therefore ask customers to note the following updates:

Returns & Refunds:
 
For orders placed up to and including 31st December 2025, returns can be accepted until 31st January 2026. Returns started after this date will not be accepted. Please process your return information here https://returns.reveni.io/mclaren-store. Returned items must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached.
