FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition.

Items should be returned within 14 days from your delivery date, and we will refund you the original purchase price. The garments must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached. Our packaging is a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This is also to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Refunds exclude any shipping costs.

Please note we are currently not offering exchanges; we do apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, personalised items are not eligible for return and will be refused and sent back to the customer.

Any free gifts that are sent with your order must also be returned with your order. These must be included in your return package to qualify for a refund.

UK and International Returns (excluding USA)

United States Returns

Please return your order using a returns method of your choice. Returns must be prepaid at the drop off point and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do kindly advise that a tracking number and postage receipt is obtained. Please keep hold of this receipt until you have been notified of your refund.

Please ensure you add your dispatch note inside or your own note containing your order number.

FAULTY GOODS 

Faulty goods refers to manufacturing issues. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

To claim under your warranty, please contact here. We will request a clear image of the fault and how the garment has been washed and dried. This will then result in the return of the garment.
