From 1st January 2026 Castore will no longer be the Official Team Apparel and Sportswear Partner for McLaren Racing. We therefore ask customers to note the following updates:

Returns & Refunds:
 
For orders placed up to and including 31st December 2025, returns can be accepted until 31st January 2026. Returns started after this date will not be accepted. Please process your return information here https://returns.reveni.io/mclaren-store. Returned items must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. We use Omni Parcel for all international shipments, delivery dates and times are calculated at checkout. We use Evri for UK shipments. Our carrier aims to deliver your parcel within 2-5 working days. A signature may be required upon delivery of your order. We offer free delivery on UK and other orders over £75. For full shipping pricing, see the table below.

All orders placed with Express Delivery/Next Day Delivery, refer to Next Working Day and will only be dispatched in time if placed on Monday-Friday before 5pm.


Please note that personalisation will add £10 to the products price. Personalised items may take up to 21 days to be dispatched

Please note: We are unable to ship to military bases or PO boxes.


Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example, an office address that has been provided for delivery.

Please ensure that when placing an order that the country of shipping destination is selected correctly. This is to ensure no extra charges are applied at customs.

Please note during busier times, our delivery period may be extended. and you should allow up to 10 days for delivery.
